HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE TO RECIVE MY ORDERS?
I do my best to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner. All order's shipping time is based on the type of the mediums + shipping address.
For Domestic shipping within United States:

For International shipping:
Anticipate to add on extra time, additional 2-4 weeks on top of the regular time frame. Items will be shipped USPS Priority International or FedEx, per request.
Note: Orders placed after 10AM EST will go into production the next business day. Please allow 1 additional day if your order placement, production date range or delivery date range falls on one of these holidays: New Year's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day
HOW MUCH DOES THE SHIPPING COST?
The shipping price is calculated based on weight coefficient of each item. For International shipping there are additional charges may apply such as insurance + customs fees per country.
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS?
I will provide a no charge replacement or refund for any quality issues. I may request to have the presentation / order returned to us and would provide a return shipping label. I do not provide a refund based on customer preference. I will provide a refund or a no charge replacement for any orders damaged in shipping. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
All sales are final, no cancellation unless there is a qulity issue with the artwork or shipping damage with your order. Please contact email@example.com as soon as possible if you need to report damages.

Idendtity Data: includes first, last name, username. Contact Data: includes billing address, delivery address, email address and telephone number. Financial Data: includes payment card details. We do not store or process your card details ourseleves, they are processed and stored via one of our contracted third party service providers. Transaction Date: includes details about payment to and from you and other details of products and services you have purchased from Zsuzsi Winn Studio. Profile Data: includes your username and password, purchases or order made by you. Usage Data: includes information about how you use this website. Marketing and Communication Data: includes your preferences in receiving marketing, promotions, product informations and news about offerings or Zsuzsi Winn Fine Artist work/event updates. Trade Discount Applicant Data: inlcudes any details provided when applying for Trade Discount.
We don't ordinarly collect any special categories of personal data: such as your ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sexual orientation, political opinions, information about your health data.

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).
